eally don't get this shit about the so called 'spirit' of delhi, bombay or any other city. I believe, there is nothing brave about becoming just numbers in the dead list. What we really need is stricter policies against terrorism.

Stricter policies for terrorism are the domain of the leaders. We as common people can just elect, but it seems each ruling party is equally inept in dealing with such incidents.
Call it living in fear, call it the spirit of people who still enjoy their lives in the shade of terrorism.
